(Newport, RI and San Diego, CA) The Newport Festivals Foundation partnered with LENND to power critical box office operations for the 2017 Newport Folk and Jazz Festivals®.
As part of a multi-year initiative to streamline festival operations and create more logistical efficiencies, the Newport Festivals team transitioned from their legacy system to LENND’s fully integrated platform, synchronizing their complementary ticket and credential request workflow with LENND and Eventbrite (the Festival's ticketing partner).
According to the festival’s long-time Ticketing Operations and Project Manager, Deb Girard, “the transition to LENND has helped streamline things to the point where our team has more time to focus other critical aspects of the festival. It’s incredible how software and technology can help a team like ours. We’re excited to leverage LENND even more this year”.

The sold-out 2017 Newport Folk Festival took place July 28-30 at historic Fort Adams State Park and the Newport Jazz Festival presented by Natixis Global Asset Management was the following weekend, August 4-6, at Fort Adams and the International Tennis Hall of Fame at the Newport Casino.
