Customer Success Specialist - ➡️ Apply Now! 




The Customer Success Specialist is an energetic customer facing professional who will engage, retain and drive our customers’ understanding of our operations product (Lennd) and our virtual product (Fondi). The CSM is measured on customer satisfaction, the retention of our client base, product adoption, training effectiveness, and customers willingness to refer Lennd to their network of events. The ideal candidate is passionate about events and about event tech and about providing an exceptional experience for every customer they interact with.


-- Act as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to customers in relation to the full suite of Lennd’s products.
-- Project Manage the full life cycle of each event client.
-- Onboard and educate customers about Lennd’s products
-- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers’ business drivers and operational goals, and steer our product to align with those initiatives.
-- Partner and work very closely with Sales to define and achieve customers’ success criteria, demonstrate ROI, ensure customer renewals and identify ways to increase revenue and product adoption per client.
-- Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met; coordinating amongst sales, marketing and product teams.
-- Implement regular webinars, highlighting different aspects of the Lennd platform.
-- Support Lennd’s product marketing efforts, where necessary.
-- Conduct regular customer interviews for case studies, marketing and product development.

-- Capability to communicate the product(s) and brand, clearly and effectively to customers and key stakeholders.
-- Ability to clearly communicate and synthesis customer details (needs, feedback, concerns, opportunities, etc.) internally to multiple departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, Design).
-- Highly organized, proactive, self-starter, and team player with a love of continually improving the processes around you.
-- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying processes at once.

-- Ability to lead each event team to success.
-- Requires someone who can pro-actively and positively empower the client to work as independently as possible. You know when to go above and beyond for a client and when to empower them to do the work.
-- History of managing and leading multiple personality types through tight deadlines and training.

-- Highly organized, proactive, self-starter, and team player with a love of continually improving the processes around you.
-- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success.


-- Background in events management
-- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-- 1-2 years of event management experience.
-- Proven experience with the event operations software, event databases and/or ticketing and RFID software.
-- 1-2 years of B2B SaaS Software customer success, account management, project management, sales or consulting experience.
-- Technically savvy and skilled using hubspot, salesforce, project management tools, etc.
-- Occasional travel for in-person customer meetings.
-- Commitment to Lennd’s & Fondi's vision and goals.
-- Ability to work weekends to ensure the ultimate client experience.
-- Proven record of successfully being measured to retention and customer satisfaction goals is a plus.

Sales Development Representative - ➡️ Apply Now !


We are looking for an individual ready to kickstart or reinvigorate their career in sales. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to challenge themselves in a competitive market, with the confidence that they have the communication skills, mental fortitude, and analytical thinking necessary to succeed in an ever-changing industry. (Read: it will be challenging...but fun:)

Sales Development Representatives are the front line of the sales process. A successful Sales Development Representative, spends their days balancing cold calls, nurturing business relationships, and prioritizing their contacts that Lennd can provide the most value to. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be measured by your ability to strategically penetrate multiple departments within a prospect organization, build rapport with personalities within such, and make recommendations on how and with whom to pursue.


  • You are committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic (you work hard, the right way, to find the prospects Lennd can provide value to)
  • You have an appetite for learning! You’re keen on turning training and feedback into action and continuous proactive self-improvement
  • You're persistent and persuasive, but first, an active listener and empathetic
  • You're organized and can manage your own book of business without intervention. You hold yourself to a standard that allows for development to get you to the next level, rather than time spent on supervision for your daily requirements.
  • You are ready and eager to hit your quota, and motivated to go beyond that for financial or promotional reward


  • Use multiple channels and approaches to obtain a minimum of 50 outreach activities a day to event organizations
  • Become an expert in event operations - asking insightful questions, overcoming objections and understanding your client’s needs will be critical to your success
  • Use strategy and creativity to reach key decision makers within provided territory
  • Facilitate qualifying calls and conduct ROI evaluations with high-level key decision makers
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline in CRM
  • Accurately document and track all activities
  • Consistently surpassing your monthly quotas through hard work, a proactive approach to growth and implementing feedback
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable


  • 1+ years of inside sales or relevant experience
  • Experience selling software ticketing software and/or any event related software is especially valuable
  • Proven passion and "experience (or interest) in event operations
  • Excellent communication skills & dynamic telephone presence - "NO FEAR OF THE PHONES... OR NO's!
  • Experience navigating through organizations to reach decision makers
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Positive attitude and a drive to win
  • Technically savvy
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Associates Degree or higher
